What hours is the hall available to hire?List Item 1
The hall is available Monday to Sunday from 0800 to midnight.

How do I get keys?List Item 2
We will supply you with a set of keys, a week or so before the date of the booking when we meet you at the hall for a quick tour.

How do I pay?List Item 3
We will send you an invoice by post or email and you can pay by BACS or cheque.

Do you have crockery, glasses or cutlery?
We have a very limited amount, we recommend that everyone brings their own.

Who can hire the hall?
You must be over the age of 18 to hire the hall. When we meet to carrry out the tour and key handover, we do take copies of your ID, so please ensure you bring your photo ID with you.

Cleaning the hall
Our cleaning products are in the cleaning cupboard in the toilet.
We would kindly ask that the following cleaning takes place so that the hall is ready for our next clients:
All tables to be wiped down.
Floors to be swept.
Floors to be mopped.

Disabled Access
The hall and kitchen are based on the ground floor and we have a disabled toilet.
The only area that is not accessable is the upstairs lounge.

What do I need to turn off at the end of my hire?
During the tour of the hall, we will run through this with you. To confirm, all lights are to be turned off, and the temperature control in the hall set at 18.
